KS-360 Automatic measuring station for gearbox dimensions measurement

The Amest automatic measuring station KS-360 performs measuring of gearbox aperture diameters, eventually the apertures pitch. The measuring station has two independent loading points. The first one is designed for measurement of the apertures on the gearbox-housing cap, the second one for measurement of the apertures on the side of the clutch flange and on the box sidewalls. The device starts working automatically after the component has been loaded and after the operating personnel has initiated the measurement. The measurement is controlled in an electro pneumatic way. The evaluation results in a decision whether the component is good, reparable or irreparable.

KS-362 Automatic measuring station for measurement of clutch housing dimensions

The Amest KS-362 measuring station performs measurement of clutch housing apertures diameter, eventually the apertures pitch. The device utilizes the same construction a measurement principle like the measuring station designed for gearbox measurement.
